Ms. Silva has handled computer operations in the criminal justice industry for more than eight years. She now serves as an Applications Engineer at Blue Line Technology.
For more than three years, Ms. Silva worked in the St. Louis City Sheriff’s Department as a Sheriff’s Deputy inside of the Criminal Division. In this role she was responsible for managing all confined courts inmates and dispositions for the 22nd Judicial Circuit. Additionally she performed and carried out duties in the Criminal Records Division, Warrant Division and Prisoner Transportation. These duties include handling daily court activity reporting processes, handling bonds, release of inmates and transportation of prisoners.
Ms. Silva has been with Blue Line Technology for more than two years where she has aided in the development and research of First Line Facial Recognition. She operates and manages the Blue Line data management server and facial recognition software.
Ms. Silva’s REGIS Certification dictates she is certified in Full Law Enforcement Inquiries for the criminal database system of St. Louis County and St. Louis City.
Ms. Silva has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Social and Criminal Justice from Ashford University.
